The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has announced an important update to the AFCON Morocco 2025 ticketing process. Starting from October 28, 2025, at 12:30 PM (CET), citizens of Egypt, Tunisia, South Africa, and Zambia — countries whose nationals do not yet hold biometric passports — can now manually enter their personal data on the YALLA app.
This update allows fans to generate their Fan ID and eVisa (AEVM), both of which are mandatory steps before purchasing match tickets on the official CAF ticketing platform: tickets.cafonline.com.
CAF emphasizes that each Fan ID grants access to only one ticket per match and reminds supporters that only the official CAF and Yalla platforms are authorized. Any other website or app claiming to sell tickets is fraudulent and should be avoided.
To assist fans, a dedicated multilingual customer service (Arabic, English, French) is available 24/7 via:

The Organizing Committee thanks all supporters, media, delegations, and partners for their enthusiasm and reiterates its commitment to ensuring a smooth, secure, and enjoyable ticketing experience ahead of the continent’s biggest football event.
